Shipping

All orders are shipping with Royal Mail via a tracked service. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note, for any international orders the customer is responsible for covering any customs / duty charges.

Returns

If you are not happy with your DOLLIS order and wish to make a return please get in contact with us within 14 days of receiving your order at dollisgoods@gmail.com.

Please note the customer is responsible for covering the return postage. We ask customers to use a tracked service and hold onto postage receipts. If an untracked service is used and we do not receive the return we cannot process a refund.
